  • When are PTO meetings held and who attends these meetings?
    PTO meetings are roughly held on the second Tuesday of each month. The meeting is chaired by the PTO Presidents and attended by the PTO Board and several PTO Chairs. As a parent of LJES, you are welcome to come to any of the PTO meetings - you will be warmly welcomed! Any questions about these meetings, please contact Dana Hourani or Sarah Tipol, our PTO Presidents. You can you all dates in the 'Year at a Glance' page.
  • What is PTO Membership?
    PTO Membership (or PTO Family Supporter) is an annual fee of $50. By purchancing this membership you actively helping to enrich the school environment, providing enhanced educational experiences and valuable resources. This includes funding of school PTO events and essential classroom materials. Membership can be purchased on the PTO store. You will see a link to the store on our website header. Your support is greatly appreciated.
  • What social media sites does the PTO have?
    Social Media is managed by a PTO volunteer who holds the role as 'Social Media' Committee Chair. This year (2024-205) the position is help by Liz Cooperman and she manages two social media accounts - Facebook and Instagram - on behalf of the school.
